Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pamela Love jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, non-customized pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded pouch and box, ensuring all security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
